Our Support workers provide a Specialist dementia care support system to reduce the effects and symptoms of dementia in service users , whilst offering reassurance to the individual and their families.
A change of routine and environment can be very daunting for someone who’s living with dementia as they are used to certain environment which could further makes coping with their dementia harder.
We provide that soothing comfort while helping them to be independent as much as possible.
